Deeds
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. Business will be conducted utilizing the vestibule of the County Building. The research area for Deeds will be closed for the time being. Entry and exit to the Deeds office will be the through the second door directly into the research area.

Probate
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. Business will be conducted utilizing the vestibule of the County Building. Filings can be submitted utilizing the lobby drop box as an alternative to entering the building. Members of the public are highly encouraged to contact the Registry of Probate via phone, email or fax
Probate Hearings: Upon approval of Honorable Judge Faircloth, in-person hearings will commence with limited attendance allowed to: attorneys and clients, one witness at a time, with a maximum of ten people in the courtroom. Masks must be worn by all in the court room. Participation via Zoom will continue to be an option.

District Attorney's Office
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. Business will be conducted utilizing the vestibule of the County Building. Restitution payments or deferred disposition fees will be collected in the lobby drop box.
