LEGAL NOTICE

A Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 Penobscot County Calendar year and FY26 (July 2025 – June 2026) Unorganized Territory Budgets will be held on Tuesday, December 17, at 9:05 AM, in the County Commissioner Chambers located on the 2nd floor of the Penobscot County Government Building, 97 Hammond Street, Bangor, Maine.

Proposed County expenditures total $31,457,861 (Thirty-One Million, Four Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-One Dollars / NO cents),while the proposed UT Budget expenditures total $ 2,614,310 (Two Million, Six Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Three Hundred Ten dollars/ NO cents).

A copy of the proposed budgets will be available for review in the Administration Office during regular business hours.
