The Penobscot County Commissioners are accepting bids for the purchase of land & building located at 127 Hammond Street, Bangor, ME / M 041-020 / former Y Building. This property sits on a prime location within the downtown Bangor area and would serve multiple purposes. In addition to a straight transfer of ownership, the Commission would consider submissions with regards to razing of current building and / or any development of the site.
